The Zen of Waze –You really can get wherever you want to go

Waze isn’t just a handy app – it’s a timesaving Zen guru. Here are some things we’ve learned from using Waze:

  1. There is more than one way to get where you’re going – if you screw up, you can always recalculate.

  2. Potential problems can be hidden or visible.

  3. Being connected is empowering.

  4. Figuring things out uses a lot of battery. You need to replenish.

  5. It’s nice to have your preferences noted.

  6. Sometimes that which you’re concerned about no longer exists.

  7. When everyone looks out for each other, it goes a lot smoother.

  8. You might not know what you have to do until the second before but that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t listen to last-minute guidance.

  9. Things are constantly changing. Nothing is static.

  10. You can always navigate your way home.
